What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure successful training and support of on-site accounting associates
- Conduct on-site accounting training based on established checklists
- Assist in the recruitment of new accounting leadership while on assignment
- Act as the main point of contact for on-site Controllers post-transition
- Maintain compliance with company policies and uphold Concord's standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Hospitality accounting experience required
- Ability to travel 75%-85% of the time
- Familiarity with multiple property management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in conducting training sessions and managing transitions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a corporate accounting support role
- Knowledge of Concord's internal audit processes
- Familiarity with accounting software such as PVNG, Document Management Systems, Profitsword, and Edenred
