What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure successful training and support for on-site accounting associates
- Conduct on-site Accounting training and maintain updated training checklists
- Act as the main point of contact for all on-site Controllers post-transition
- Assist in the recruitment of new accounting leadership at properties
- Familiarize with and operate multiple property management systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Hospitality accounting experience required
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
- Experience in conducting training and support for accounting associates
- Strong understanding of the Concord Internal Audit process
- Willingness to travel 75%-85% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with property management systems such as PVNG, Document Management Systems, Profitsword, and Edenred
- Previous roles in leadership or supervisory positions within accounting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Background in hospitality management or related fields
- Proven track record of successfully managing transitions and training
