What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure successful training and support for on-site accounting associates and management
- Represent the employer and its hotel brands professionally at all times
- Conduct on-site accounting training and assist with the transition to the hotel’s Property Controller
- Act as the main point of contact for all on-site Controllers post-transition
- Assist in the active recruitment of new accounting leadership as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Hospitality accounting experience required
- Ability to travel 75%-85% of the time
- Familiarity with multiple property management systems
- Strong understanding of company policies and procedures
- Ability to effectively conduct training and support for accounting personnel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with accounting software such as PVNG, Document Management Systems, and Profitsword
- Proven track record of successfully transitioning accounting teams in a hospitality setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in recruitment and training of accounting leadership
