      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the grant proposal process by drafting and submitting letters of intent and proposals to obtain funding from private and corporate foundations
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance in handling proposals and reports
      - Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with prospective foundations
      - Develop and implement outreach strategies for assigned foundation prospects
      - Support safeguarding of program participants and uphold conduct policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Nonprofit Management, English/Literature, International Development, or related field
      - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in grant writing, foundations, and nonprofit fundraising
      - Experience writing successful six-figure or greater grant proposals for private and corporate foundations
      - Strong project management skills and attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of or experience working in global health programming
      - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar database
      - Exceptional writing and editing skills
      - Strong research skills to identify and strategize new funding prospects
      - Ability to adapt easily to organizational change with a positive attitude
