What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the grant proposal process by drafting and submitting letters of intent and proposals to obtain funding from private and corporate foundations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy in handling proposals, grants, and reports
- Identify, research, and track prospective private and corporate foundations for funding opportunities
- Develop and implement outreach strategies for assigned prospects while maintaining a personal portfolio of foundation relationships
- Support safeguarding of program participants and employees through promoting an environment of awareness and upholding the organization's code of conduct

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Nonprofit Management, English/Literature, International Development, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in grant writing, foundations, and nonprofit fundraising
- Experience writing successful six-figure or greater grant proposals for private and corporate foundations
- Strong project management skills and exceptional writing and editing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others across distances and cultures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of or experience working in global health programming
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar database systems
