What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver the Annual Audit Plan as approved by the Audit Committee
- Provide leadership support to the Executive Director/Director Audit
- Assist in determining the adequacy of Corporate Audit’s processes and control systems
- Interact with Amgen senior and mid-level management
- Assist on special projects as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of accounting, finance, business administration, or compliance experience
- Tenure Pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience
- Certification such as CPA, CIA, CCEP, or equivalent
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the healthcare compliance field
- Experienced in performing Third Party audits and due diligence activities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- External audit, internal audit, or healthcare compliance monitoring experience
- Understanding of sales, marketing, product promotion, disease education, and healthcare compliance
- Executive presence both verbally and written
- High level of integrity and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
