      Are you ready for an extraordinary opportunity to become a Corporate Concierge with JLL? Hold on tight, because this is not your average job! Get ready to dive into a world where you can deliver unparalleled experiences, cater to high-profile clients, and create lasting impressions.

      In this role, you will provide a welcoming approach to all employees and visitors while efficiently managing lobby areas to accommodate employee and guest needs. You will also assist with booking rooms, and setting up and breaking down for events.

      What will some of your day look like?

      • Front desk - Greet/host/provide support for guests, visitors and employees

      • Assist with conference room set-ups

      • Assist with event set up and breakdowns

      • Building/Campus/Area Information Center

      • Respond and follow through to requests for information and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision

      • Organizes and maintains lobby /front desk areas

      • Resolve problems associated with all building services including janitorial, mailroom, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms.

      • Collaborate and work closely with a team of dedicated and fun professionals

      • Anticipates and responds to Client’s needs and concerns

      • Additional job duties, as requested

      Who are we looking for?

      Required

      • High school diploma or GED

      • 2+ years of experience in hospitality including events/conference coordination.

      • Proven skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

      • Computer literate with proficient skills in Google Suite

      Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with flexibility needed.

      Pay $45,760+ depending on experience.
