What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, review, and negotiate global supplier and services contracts across various practice areas, ensuring alignment with corporate goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline deal conclusions while maintaining appropriate governance
- Provide legal advice on existing contracts and identify risks related to commercial agreements and regulations
- Manage litigation processes, including drafting legal documents and advising stakeholders
- Develop and implement contract procedures to enhance operational efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Current member in good standing of a State Bar with no prior disciplinary action
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant legal experience at a law firm and as in-house counsel, including at least two (2) years of in-house counsel experience
- Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to business stakeholders
