What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide legal counsel and advice on employment and labor law to internal staff
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Advise on policies, procedures, and regulations related to employment matters
- Manage responses to state and federal fair employment practice claims
- Oversee and manage litigation related to employment and labor practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience in labor and employment law
- Law degree from an accredited law school and current license to practice law
- Active and in good standing membership with a state bar
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in managing outside counsel and developing successful case strategies
- Proven ability to deliver proactive and practical counseling and training to business units
