      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance on day-to-day employment-related matters
      - Draft and revise employee handbooks, policies, and agreements
      - Manage outside counsel for employee disputes and provide legal guidance
      - Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with customers and vendors
      - Assist in preparing responses to RFPs and managing compliance with employment-related laws

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; admission to a state bar
      - Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, particularly in employment law
      - Experience in commercial contracts or government contracts
      - Strong drafting, critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior law firm experience
      - Experience in privacy, intellectual property, advertising, and international laws
      - Familiarity with the education services industry or retail businesses
      - Interest in learning about commercial and government contracts
