      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance on day-to-day employment-related matters
      - Draft and revise employee handbooks, policies, and agreements
      - Manage outside counsel for employee disputes
      - Review and negotiate contracts with customers and vendors
      - Assist in preparing responses to RFPs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; admission to a state bar
      - Minimum of 3 years of legal experience
      - Experience in employment law
      - Strong drafting, critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior law firm experience
      - Experience in commercial contracts or government contracts
      - Familiarity with privacy, intellectual property, advertising, and international laws
      - Prior in-house experience
      - Interest in the education services industry or retail businesses
