What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise facilities across the U.S. on legal matters related to outpatient surgical facilities owned with physicians, hospitals, and health plans
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including partnership and LLC operating agreements
- Provide legal support for partnership, corporate transactions, and joint ventures
- Coordinate and manage outside counsel on mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance
- Assist with research and due diligence on investment transactions and state law

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctor degree
- License to practice law in at least one state
- Three to four years of experience practicing law
- Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
- Exceptional drafting skills with the ability to create clear and concise contract language

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare law or with healthcare providers such as surgery centers or hospitals
- Experience with corporate transactions and partnerships, LLCs, and joint ventures
