What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter digital orders received from stations into the order entry system
- Coordinate ad processes, organize creatives, provide campaign reporting, and assist in sales processes
- Maintain regular communication with station sales, sales coordinators, and production teams
- Act as a key point of contact between assigned stations/campaigns and fulfillment teams to resolve issues
- Provide training and mentoring to station sales assistants/coordinators

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a digital agency, marketing firm, or similar organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
