- Manage and ensure an exceptional experience for executives and other passengers during flight
- Ensure friendly, discreet and professional cabin service is delivered
- Source, prepare and serve food and/or beverages with attention to high quality presentation
- Develop a thorough understanding of the policies and procedures for cabin attendants on a private jet aircraft, including initial onboarding and regular and ongoing training
- Comply with established flight time rules as well as any other operating procedures
- Understand and comply with FAA regulations, Enterprise Mobility Aviation Safety Procedures/Policies, and safety norms
- Ensure safety of company aircraft, passengers, and crews
- Comply with all safety regulations
- Explain all safety equipment and verify passengers are following safety signs and procedures
- Communicate safety concerns to employees directly or through the safety management reporting system
- Improve passenger safety by ensuring compliance with safety measures such as properly stowing baggage, seatbelt usage, and properly loading including nets and locks
- Provide effective leadership, direction and assistance in emergency and non-emergency situations
- Operate, activate, or open all doors that serve as an exit including emergency exits
- Identify and communicate to the flight crew any medical condition that requires immediate intervention
- Communicate any medical condition to an airborne medical service provider and follow physician guidance for basic first-aid
- Stay abreast of all flight safety procedures and regulations; maintain a thorough understanding of aircraft emergency equipment
- Manage the catering on all legs of assigned flight, focusing on quality and cost control; determine appropriate options for each leg of the trip, select appropriate catering vendors, coordinate and approve catering purchases pre-flight, adhere to any dietary restrictions or limitations of passengers
- Understand and develop a working knowledge of the detailed procedures for the operation of aircraft cabin technology. Trained to troubleshoot cabin technology issues
- Prepared to respond and perform appropriate emergency skills situations involving medical emergencies, hazardous condition situations, or other types of emergency, when necessary
- Assist the Lead Flight Attendant in the execution of their role and responsibility
- Maintain an organized hangar stockroom; assist with restocking and resetting aircraft per company policy and update all applicable changes in the preferences required onboard company aircraft

- Possess and maintain a passport without restrictions for international travel
- 2 years of Corporate Flight Attendant experience OR 2 years of Hospitality experience with Corporate Flight Attendant experience
- Completion of FlightSafety, FACTS, or equivalent Cabin Attendant certified training
- Knowledgeable with safe food handling procedures
- Willingness to travel extensively and work varied and changing schedules which include weekend and holidays
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- First Aid training and Certified to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and in the usage of an automated external defibrillator (AED)
- Strong culinary/fine dining experience

The Flight Attendant is responsible for executing and upholding processes and procedures to maintain a safe and exceptional flight experience for executives and other passengers during domestic and international flights on our large cabin corporate jets. The most critical role of the Flight Attendant is the safety of the passengers. The position serves as a subject matter expert on all safety tools and procedures aboard the company aircraft. The Flight Attendant is also responsible for assisting the Lead Flight Attendant in maintaining up-to-date stock at the company hangar and aircraft stores. Before flights, the Flight Attendant is also responsible for obtaining and executing the passengers' request for amenities onboard the aircraft.
This position is based in St. Louis, MO and all candidates must reside in the St. Louis metro area or be willing to relocate.
