What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to address customer needs and drive sales conversations
- Provide technical and instructional support for customers through live meetings, trainings, and webinars
- Maintain and update menu and recipe databases for customers
- Coordinate the set-up and maintenance of Menu Solutions for clients
- Conduct testing of new technology and document best practices for customers and salesforce

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required; Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) credentials required
- Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and appropriate state licensure (if applicable)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cycle menu planning and foodservice operations
- Strong customer service skills and experience with cycle menu approval preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Cbord, MealSuite, or other menu planning software
- Familiarity with the USDA Nutrient Database
- Experience working in a team environment and managing multiple tasks effectively
- Creative planning and organizational skills
