      WHAT YOU WILL DO:

      The HR Office Assistant provides entry level support to the human resources department. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

      • Manage and organize the termination and disciplinary form email accounts.
      • Enter termination and disciplinary forms into HRIS.
      • Maintain filing system, including electronic filing, moving paper Form I-9s and personnel files from one cabinet to another , or one building to another, as needed, and fulfilling file requests.
      • Conduct annual audit of paper and electronic Form I-9s and personnel files.
      • Manage and distribute mail for the Human Resources department.
      • Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate department.
      • Complete and mail separation notices.
      • Organize and distribute unemployment mail.
      • Fulfill report requests.
      • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.


      YOUR MUST HAVES:

      • Must be 18 years of age or older
      • Self-starter with ability to work as a team as well as independently.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
      • Excellent communication skills, including professional telephone skills
      • Efficient with technology including office equipment, scanner/fax, and Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat products.

      OUR ENVIRONMENT:

      PSSI is proud to offer a hybrid work environment with split time between your home office and the Corporate Headquarters in Kieler, WI. This position may require you to sit for long periods of time, lift and move paper files and boxes, stand, bend, etc.
