What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and digitize global corporate governance records, including minute books and entity management software
- Maintain and update information on global leases and support global corporate projects
- Assist the General Counsel with confidential matters, including entity formation, M&A documentation, and notarizations
- Receive training in relevant software such as SharePoint, DocuSign, and Athennian
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of corporate governance paralegal experience, including U.S. and international entity management
- Certificate from an ABA-approved Paralegal Studies program
- Proficiency with minute books, entity management software, and entity formation processes
- Strong organizational, analytical, and file management skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Notary Public experience in New Jersey (preferred but not required)
