Corporate Partnerships Delivery Executive – Co-op Legal Services
£34,000 – £38,000 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6A)
Remote, with some travel to any of our four offices in Bristol, Manchester, Stratford-upon-Avon, or Sheffield (approximately 3-4 times a month)Co-op Legal Services is one of the largest consumer law firms in the UK and it is powered by our amazing 700 colleagues who deliver exceptional service to our clients every day.
We’re looking for a Corporate Partnerships Delivery Executive to join our partnerships team at Co-op Legal Services. Building partnerships with 3rd parties is fundamental to our strategy of making legal services more accessible and affordable.
In this newly created role, you’ll play a key part in all aspects of client relationship activity, managing the onboarding of new partners alongside the delivery and adherence of partnership governance. We’ll look to you to oversee and coordinate simultaneous projects and proposition launches to enhance our partner relationships and deliver an excellent service to our clients. What you’ll do
• Work with the partnership team and directly with our partners to support in delivering individual B2B strategies, overseeing the onboarding and associated key activities and projects
• Work with the team and partners to help identify new opportunities which will make our services more accessible to more people
• Prepare and coordinate MI and KPI reports on channel performance, analysing the data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to support key decision making
• Provide robust governance by mapping and monitoring partner activities
• Work closely with the marketing team and external suppliers to create and distribute marketing assets for our partners
• Work collaboratively with the partnership team and departments across the business to manage and deliver multiple projects and tasks to support with partnership delivery
This role would suit people who have
• Previous experience of leading on projects and managing multiple, conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A business development or marketing background
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present information in an understandable and compelling way
• Excellent relationship building skills up to senior leader level
• Resilience and the flexibility to adapt to change and get stuck into a wide variety of work
