About the Role:

As a Corporate Philanthropy Specialist for TQL, you will leverage strategic partnerships and innovative cause marketing campaigns to drive positive change through our TQL Cares initiatives. We're seeking a dynamic individual who embodies strategic acumen, critical thinking, and an unwavering go-getter attitude. As a member of our TQL Cares team within the Marketing department, you'll serve as a customer-facing representative, connecting our philanthropic efforts with the business landscape while providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee the growth of TQL's externally facing cause marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and other community partnerships
• Oversee and manage TQL’s customer facing skilled volunteerism program, aligning outcomes to business objectives
• Collaborate with Customer Account Representatives to match customers’ philanthropic priorities with business goals, fostering community benefits
• Collaborate closely with our talented Design and Communications Team to develop compelling marketing assets for all campaigns and programs
• Work with the Communications to maintain a robust brand message in relation to all philanthropic initiatives
• Cultivate relationships with nonprofit partners, understanding their priorities and fostering partnership opportunities
• Collaborate across the Corporate Giving Team to meet program needs for 9,000+ TQL employees
  

What you need:

• 2+ years in marketing, communications, and/or sales
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Experience in customer-facing roles and an ability to draw parallels between philanthropy and business wins
• Proven program management, critical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, adept at engaging diverse personalities and management levels, with a focus on exceptional customer service
• Proactive in self and team development, continuously seeking growth opportunities
