What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and manage broadcast schedules for assigned markets, coordinating with relevant contacts
- Accurately track network programming preemptions and ensure compliance with FCC regulations
- Monitor and manage syndicated contracts for programming across various markets
- Perform post-schedule verification, including updating schedules for breaking news and weather
- Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A college degree in a related field is preferred
- Previous media programming, sales, or traffic experience preferred
- Knowledge of Wide Orbit Program, Media Sales, and/or Traffic software is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and excellent communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in media programming or traffic management
- Familiarity with broadcast scheduling and syndication processes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
