What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all aspects of facilities management for the assigned corporate real estate footprint
- Ensure quality customer service, strategic planning, and portfolio reporting
- Monitor vendor services and maintain budgets
- Manage health and safety environmental issues
- Achieve cost efficiencies in facilities operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Five (5) years of related experience
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Prior experience managing an outsourced facilities management provider
- Certified Property Manager
