What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process across all business areas
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate qualifications and conduct accountability meetings
- Act as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to attract quality talent and maintain job postings
- Ensure a streamlined hiring process by tracking hiring activities and maintaining candidate documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition in a high-volume role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with recruiting across various departments such as Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Familiarity with using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
