      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract and recruit high-caliber candidates
      - Build a strong pipeline with high-quality candidates
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to formulate attractive job descriptions and efficient interview plans
      - Work closely with team members to follow an efficient recruiting process from sourcing to closing offers
      - Be an ambassador for the employer's culture and ensure a phenomenal candidate experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of in-house, full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
      - Previous experience successfully recruiting for sales, professional services, and customer support positions
      - Experience using HRIS, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
      - Strong attention to detail
      - Strong, creative sourcing experience

      - Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues
