What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source potential talent by collaborating with clients to verify job profiles and specifications
- Ensure a positive candidate and customer experience throughout the recruitment process
- Evaluate candidate profiles and conduct detailed phone screens, presenting candidates to hiring managers
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to generate a high-quality pipeline
- Consult with business partners to develop interview tools and conduct structured interviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a relevant field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of recruiting experience
- 5 years of experience with behavioral interviewing techniques
- 5 years of experience using an applicant tracking system (Workday)
- 3 years of experience sourcing through candidate social networking tools and creative methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience recruiting mid- to senior-level roles
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management best practices
- Finance recruiting experience
