What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with hiring managers to manage full life-cycle recruitment processes across all business areas
- Participate in weekly strategy meetings with the COO and hiring managers to discuss talent acquisition
- Serve as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Attract quality talent using various recruiting tools and craft compelling job descriptions
- Ensure a streamlined hiring process while tracking all hiring activities and candidate documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or related talent acquisition roles in a high-volume environment
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Self-starter with a strong motivation to succeed, learn, and grow
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Previous experience in a fast-paced software or technology company
