      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the employer's employee volunteerism and in-kind donation program, including scheduling and tracking participation
      - Create content for storytelling around the employer's CSR principles across various platforms
      - Represent the employer at community and industry events, engaging with diverse stakeholders
      - Assist in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support CSR efforts
      - Evaluate the impact of charitable giving programs and manage partnerships with non-profit organizations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, nonprofit management, or related field; or 6-8 years of relevant experience
      - 2-4 years of experience in corporate giving, fundraising, or community outreach programs
      - Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills in various environments
      - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
      - Availability to work events during mornings, evenings, and weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with community engagement through career or nonprofit service
      - Residing in the Kansas City metro area
