What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Service inbound corporate travel requests in a virtual call center
- Provide extraordinary customer service to clients and travelers
- Secure the lowest air/car/hotel rates available
- Maintain productivity and quality expectations
- Utilize GDS low fare search capabilities for bookings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must pass GDS assessment
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
- 5 years of travel selling experience
- 5+ years of customer service experience in the travel industry
- Exceptional customer service approach
- Excellent knowledge of the travel industry
- Mastery in Sabre GDS
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with other GDS systems
