What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Service inbound corporate travel requests and deliver exceptional customer service
- Greet clients with enthusiasm and provide consultative support throughout the booking process
- Complete accurate and timely reservations while adhering to corporate travel policies
- Secure the lowest available air, car, and hotel rates at the time of booking
- Maintain performance goals related to productivity, quality, and customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of travel selling experience, including corporate travel
- At least 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
- Exceptional and proactive customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry
- Mastery of the Galileo Reservation System and experience with multiple GDS formats

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with international travel bookings and processes
- Familiarity with client and negotiated programs in the travel sector
