What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Service inbound corporate travel requests and deliver extraordinary customer service
- Greet clients with enthusiasm and provide consultative service throughout the booking process
- Complete all reservations accurately and in a timely manner while adhering to corporate travel policies
- Secure the lowest available rates for air, car, and hotel bookings
- Maintain productivity and quality goals, measuring performance through transactions and customer experience metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of travel selling experience, specifically in corporate travel
- 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
- Exceptional and proactive customer service approach
- Extensive knowledge of the travel industry
- Mastery of the Galileo Reservation System and experience with multiple GDS formats
