What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Book air, car, and hotel accommodations using the Sabre reservation system
- Issue tickets, exchanges, MCOs, voids, and refunds through the Sabre system
- Provide consultative service to clients, ensuring accurate and timely reservations
- Research destinations, accommodations, and travel advisories to meet customer objectives
- Resolve customer service issues directly with vendors while keeping independent advisors informed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as a full-time travel agent, specializing in domestic and international travel
- Strong knowledge of the Sabre reservation system, including GDS formats, pricing, and e-ticketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions
- Proven dispute resolution skills and ability to manage conflicts effectively
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong native Sabre experience without the use of script keys
- Familiarity with international travel requirements and routing
