What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car rental) at the lowest possible price within corporate travel guidelines
- Respond to callbacks and emails within a 1-hour window to ensure timely service
- Maintain total ownership of each travel record until departure, ensuring all details meet client satisfaction
- Stay informed on airline rules and regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements to accurately apply knowledge to travel arrangements
- Handle re-routing and exchange processes as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as a full-time travel agent, booking domestic and international travel
- Minimum three (3) years of strong knowledge of the Sabre reservation system, including GDS formats and ticketing processes
- Proficient with international itineraries and rate structures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to relay information clearly to clients
- Competency with all ticketing processes, including exchanges

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of online booking tools
- Additional experience in handling complex travel arrangements for diverse clients
