      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and oversee the quarterly actuarial modeling for Cash Flow Testing, Duration, Embedded Value, and Risk-Based Capital for Life and Annuity products
      - Manage and develop a team responsible for model input preparation, execution, and preliminary review of results
      - Develop and maintain model inputs, including asset and liability inventory and economic assumptions
      - Organize and monitor actuarial modeling tasks within an Agile framework
      - Collaborate with key stakeholders to align on methodologies and production modeling expectations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - FSA or career-ASA (role does not provide exam support)
      - 8+ years of actuarial experience with 3+ years in an actuarial modeling or financial reporting role
      - Strong leadership or team management experience, particularly in a remote environment
      - Experience with Life and Annuity products
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Prophet modeling software
      - Familiarity with Visual Basic and Tableau
