What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a key member of a finance team responsible for modeling, reporting, and business analytics
- Conduct Prophet model conversions and develop models based on centralized governance policy
- Model advanced product features and develop reinvestment/hedging methods
- Collaborate with business units to understand requested model changes and assist in model acceptance
- Document all changes and testing to the models

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of actuarial and financial modeling, particularly asset and liability projection modeling using the Prophet actuarial system
- Experience with Prophet development and implementation is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Ability to organize complex processes and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working within an actuarial enterprise technology environment
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean processes
- Skilled in processing large data and developing efficient complex work processes using advanced technology
- Understanding of insurance products and the related risks
- An energetic team player with excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills
