What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research, write, edit, and coordinate a variety of communications materials under strict deadlines
- Create and disseminate articles, presentations, toolkits, and other communication resources
- Plan and coordinate speaking opportunities at key conferences and industry events
- Gather, analyze, and interpret information and data from various sources for communication assets
- Develop and review error-free content in compliance with AP style and organizational guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in writing/editing, strategic communications, outreach, or public relations
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills with familiarity in AP style
- Experience working in the federal professional services sector or for organizations supporting federal clients
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
