What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Demonstrate understanding of customer requests and gather appropriate data
- Coordinate internal resources to address client situations and escalate when necessary
- Utilize knowledge resources to drive resolution of requests
- Communicate steps/solutions to customers and offer additional options
- Educate and empower customers to access products/services effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related environment
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work Monday - Friday an 8-hour shift between 6:00 am – 5:30 pm EST
