- Assist Claims Specialists with various duties, including initial assessments and updating claim notes
- Obtain Claim Specialist licensure within a specified time frame
- Communicate professionally via video conferences, phone, and email
- Complete additional projects and duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of service-oriented office experience preferred
- Superior customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in an office setting or work-from-home environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Spanish language ability is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
