What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage monthly closing and reporting activities for the US and Consolidated P&L
- Assist in budgeting, cost computation, and financial reporting within sites
- Provide variance analysis and deliver accurate financial reporting
- Maintain and improve financial systems architecture (SAP, TM1, etc.)
- Monitor Financial KPIs to achieve defined objectives and support ad hoc projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related field
- 3 to 5 years of industrial accounting, costing, and SAP experience
- Ability to produce standard cost accounting reports and prepare journal entries
- Experience in annual budgeting processes and financial analysis
- Strong independent judgment and discretion in financial decision-making

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with financial systems implementations and process improvements
- Familiarity with financial KPIs and metrics analysis
- Ability to work under general supervision with minimal oversight
