      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all cost accounting tasks independently, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis
      - Calculate and enter costs for new products and compile end-of-month reports from Oracle
      - Generate and analyze gross margin reports, identifying discrepancies and influencing factors
      - Gather and report on costs including raw materials, labor, and overhead
      - Perform monthly closing procedures and journal entries for inventory data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 7+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
      - Proficiency in Bill of Materials and experience with 10,000+ raw materials
      - Familiarity with Oracle legacy systems, AS400, and MAS90
      - Advanced Excel skills and experience with general ledger and month-end closing procedures
      - Business-related degree

      - Knowledge of inventory accounting practices
