Job Description
- Req#: 90171
- Continuous review of project costs and investigating discrepancies.
- Work with the project managers to accurately accrue POX costs.
- Review and record revenue and COGS for projects and sales.
- Issuing customer invoices for projects, sales orders, and PP&A freight.
- Collaboration with the rental fleet manager to maintain proper financial records and tracking CAPEX related to the rental fleet.
- Works in close coordination with the team to understand the operation of the business and status of projects.
- Create journal entries and perform and review GL account reconciliations.
- Monitor cash receipts and payments and provide data for the weekly cash forecast.
- AR & AP functions as needed.
- Quarterly travel to our Cumming, GA office.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- 5+ years' related experience in cost accounting working in amanufacturing or construction service business.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project accounting, including revenue and cost tracking, recognition, and GM analysis.
- Experience with SAP
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Interpersonal and communication skills to work with personnel at all levels.
