What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Close and report activities for both the US and the Consolidated P&L on a monthly basis
- Assist in planning and organizing financial activities including budgeting and reporting
- Monitor Financial KPIs to achieve defined objectives for the financial perimeter
- Manage financial systems architecture, including SAP and TM1, for all sites
- Deliver accurate reporting and provide meaningful variance analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 3-5 years of industrial accounting, costing, and SAP experience
- Ability to perform standard to slightly complex cost accounting duties
- Capacity to work independently under general supervision
- Strong decision-making skills with consistent independent judgment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in producing standard cost accounting reports and preparing journal entries
- Familiarity with annual budgeting processes and collaboration with operations management
- Proven ability to relieve site controllers and support corporate accounting projects
