What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and analyze costs related to production, operations, and other business activities, preparing detailed cost reports and variance analysis
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by gathering and analyzing cost-related data
- Work closely with operations, production, and procurement teams to control expenses and ensure profitability goals are met
- Review, report, and forecast cost savings projects, including oversight of overseas finance partners
- Perform monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and interpret/analysis of financial documents

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance from a 4-year college or university
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing accounting environment
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data visualization), with PowerBI and SAP experience preferred
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities
- High degree of professional excellence characterized by sound judgment and a high standard of ethics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CMA certification is a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing accounting environment
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools
- Strong leadership capabilities in financial initiatives
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
