What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform cost analyst duties, including the development and evaluation of cost estimates for IT systems
- Conduct cost analysis for program baselines, budget estimates, and feasibility studies
- Provide analytical solutions for a wide range of investment analysis tasks
- Contribute to working groups through effective oral and written communication
- Assist with data collection, normalization, and technical analyses as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Operations Research, or Finance
- 6-10+ years of experience in cost estimation/analysis, finance, engineering, or related field
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and other MS Office Products
- Strong analytical background and excellent communication skills
- Ability to obtain a US Public Trust security clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a related field
- Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCE/A) designation from ICCEA
- Proficiency in cost estimating and risk tools such as Crystal Ball, ACEIT, SEER-SEM, and/or @RISK
