      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead day-to-day engagement with state insurance department regulators regarding examinations and other regulatory inquiries/complaints
      - Collaborate with internal clients on insurance regulatory examinations and inquiries
      - Research and draft memoranda on relevant insurance legal and regulatory issues
      - Identify and assess risk exposure during regulatory exams or inquiries
      - Provide strategic legal counsel and educate business leaders on insurance regulatory matters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4-6 years of legal experience with insurance regulatory legal matters
      - Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, licensed to practice law in at least one state
      - Strong research skills and knowledge of state laws and regulations applicable to insurance
      - Experience leading legal engagement with insurance department exams and inquiries
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Property/casualty experience, with a strong preference for auto insurance experience
      - Executive communication and presentation skills
      - Analytical acumen on legal and regulatory risks and business issues
      - Experience with business counseling to advise on complex issues
      - Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment
