Associate Counsel – Corporate

This is a junior-level legal management role with settlement authority of up to $20,000 and with at least 1 year call to the bar. As an Associate Counsel – Corporate, you will provide legal opinions for corporate-related and privacy/information management matters and lead, assist and monitor the preparation, review and vetting of corporate contracts and agreements of high complexity for SGI and its regional operations.

For this position we are looking for someone with a four-year degree in a relevant field of study such as Law and call to the bar in the applicable jurisdiction and three years’ experience in the general practice of law with a focus on corporate insurance law.

Base salary range: $83,280 – $111,024

Counsel – Corporate

This is a mid-level legal management role with settlement authority of up to $50,000 and with at least 5 years call to the bar. As a Counsel – Corporate, you will assist with more complex corporate matters and provide advice, guidance and direction to junior lawyers and paralegals.

For this position we are looking for someone with a four-year degree in a relevant field of study such as Law and call to the bar in the applicable jurisdiction and six years’ experience in the general practice of law with a focus on corporate insurance law.

Base salary range: $100,776 – $134,376
