Job Description

By providing excellent customer service, the Counter Sales Professional plays a key role in servicing our customers. This position assists customers with automotive questions, do-it-yourself projects, and auto parts needs. Our Counter Sales Professionals build customer relationships by providing professional service and ensuring that the "right part" is purchased the first time. This position includes assisting with the office paperwork.

We promote from within and provide opportunities for someone looking for a retail career. This Full-Time position Includes every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Qualifications

We are looking for a new team member with the following qualifications:

• Includes every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• A person of integrity and respected in the community.
• Rapport builder who is friendly and outgoing.
• An active listener who takes the time to understand the customer's needs and can provide the right solution.
• Dependable and can-do attitude, punctual and on time.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Office and computer experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous customer sales experience in the automotive, paint and/or heavy duty areas preferred.
• Capable of lifting and moving parts and boxes of up to 60 pounds.
• Valid driver's license required.
