Job Description
- Req#: REF517V
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers (telephone and walk-in shoppers)
- Must have working knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Must be able to look up parts applications for products in an extensive cataloging system
- Must effectively understand and communicate NAPA product information, performance standards and warranties
- Ability to operate TAMS point-of-sale invoicing, cash register and telephone
- Ability to secure parts for customers and to handle daily paperwork including purchase orders, receipts, invoices warranty returns, RGSs and OS&Ds
- Must maintain professional attitude, conduct and appearance
