Today, there are more than 6,000 NAPA AUTO PARTS Stores. About 1,000 of them are corporate owned, and Genuine Parts Company is the employer for these locations. However, there are about 5,000 independently owned and operated NAPA AUTO PARTS Stores where individual store owners are the employer. This position is through an independently owned and operated store.

Job Description

Benkeman Napa Counter Salespeople are the key to our success, procuring auto and truck parts and accessories, tools and equipment and providing excellent customer service to all of our customers.apply new knowledge to your job.

Qualifications

Counter Salesperson should at least be a high school graduate. Need knowledge of automative, truck, and irrigation motors and accessories. Having knowledge of princlples and processes for providing customer services is a plus. Must be be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and reach overhead. Clean driving record is a must. Training is available both in-house and outside meetings.
