- Travel to local courts and retrieve data related to applicants' history from county clerks
- Conduct extensive in-person inquiries and searches to supplement criminal records
- Analyze collected information to identify potential discrepancies and issues
- Communicate effectively with court personnel to ensure successful task completion
- Update order statuses and proactively inform supervisors of any delays or issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned court locations daily
- Minimum of $300,000 primary liability coverage maintained under personal auto insurance
- Familiarity with local court systems, procedures, and deadlines
- Experience in customer service or research/investigations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with research on a court case management system
- Background screening experience
- Experience with the legal/court system
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
