What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, compile, and report accurate data according to program and grant requirements
- Build relationships with court personnel including bailiffs, clerks, and Assistant State's Attorneys
- Monitor court procedures involved in hearings, trials, and sentencing
- Recruit, interview, and onboard volunteers for data collection efforts
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors and support volunteer training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of professional business experience; legal background preferred
- Strong networking and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with basic record-keeping skills
