What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide peer-to-peer training and support for staff on processing questions
- Generate, review, and analyze reports related to court operations and data quality
- Perform advanced court operations work with limited supervision
- Serve as a district representative on state Process Advisory Workgroup or other project teams
- Conduct CAPs testing and maintain knowledge of CAPs to share with staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Court Operations Associate or equivalent experience
- Considerable knowledge of court procedures, policies, and legal terminology
- Ability to read and interpret various legal documents and apply relevant laws
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electronic case management systems and related applications
- Familiarity with customer service practices within a judicial context
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
